Description
The magnificent fall foliage at the Harry Evans Covered Bridge.
J.A. Britton built the Harry Evans Covered Bridge across Rock Run in 1908. This single-span Burr Arch Truss bridge is located just north of Coxville, Parke County, Indiana.
Harry Evans owned the land near the bridge. The property stayed in the Evans family until sometime in the 1960s.
The bridge was named to the National Register of Historic Places in 1978.
