Artist's Description

Point Lobos State Natural Reserve is just south of Carmel-by-the-Sea and at the north end of Big Sur on the Pacific Ocean in California. It has been said to be, "The greatest meeting of land and water in the world". It is where the craggy rock formations plunge into the Monterey Bay causing the ocean waves to create dramatic salt spray against them.
