Description
Built in 1949, Mueller Tower at 84 foot tall is a bell tower located on the University of Nebraska-Lincoln campus. The tower was named for alumnus, Ralph Mueller, the founder of Mueller Electric Company in Cleveland, Ohio. Constructed out of Indiana limestone, it was designed by architect George Kuska, Jr. while he was still a student at UNL.
This historic bell tower is one of the most recognized structures on the University of Nebraska-Lincoln campus.
